Changes, cancellations & returns

Need to change or cancel your order? Email hello@luma3d.shop with your order number. Please contact us within 24 hours so we can act before production. Changes to colours or designs may not be possible once making has begun.

This 24-hour request window does not limit your legal cancellation or refund rights. For our standard collection bought online, you can notify us of cancellation before delivery or within 14 days after you receive your order, then return the goods within a further 14 days.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from its description, please get in touch so we can put it right in line with your consumer rights.

Returns address

Please include your order number with your return so we can match it to your order.

Looking after your objects

Keep your pieces indoors, away from heat, strong direct sunlight and water. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Wood-filled PLA should not go in a dishwasher.

Woodland Glow is designed for LED tea lights only. Never use a flame candle. Remove the rechargeable tea lights before charging and follow their supplied instructions.

Our Christmas pieces are decorations, not toys. Keep small parts and hanging cords out of reach of young children.
